License Agreement
Before using any software related to KXApp (kxapp), you should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Unless you have entered into a separate written license agreement with the Company, your use of this software constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Copyright
The customer acknowledges that the software, license keys, and accompanying user documentation (the “Documentation”) are proprietary works owned by the Company and are protected by copyright laws.
Software Distribution
Provided that you do not copy or distribute license keys, you may:
- Copy and provide accurate, unmodified copies of the software to others.
Privacy
The software collects only necessary information, such as authorization data and account information. This information is used to provide personalized services and to improve product quality.
Third-Party Libraries
The Company uses multiple third-party libraries. You agree to comply with their respective licenses. The Company assumes no responsibility for misuse of any third-party libraries.
Payment Terms
Try Before You Buy
No refunds or exchanges after purchase.
Environment Changes
The Company shall not be responsible for refunds due to changes made by related platforms.
Non-Transferable
Once a license key is bound to a developer account, it cannot be changed.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
